Where are we?

The Hotel Beaunier is in near the strategic districts, both from a cultural and historical point of view as from an economic one.
Located near the Saint-Germain-des-Prés quarter and its artistic influences, of the Montparnasse quarter, with its French brasseries and literary cafés, and its railway station, serving all the West of France, but also in the vicinity of the Porte de Versailles Exhibition center where the majority of the important Parisian exhibitions and trade fairs proceed.

  • Montparnasse Tower (10 minutes): The Montparnasse Tower offers the most beautiful panoramic sight of Paris. The fastest elevator of Europe carries you in 38 seconds to the 56th floor of the Tower where you will be able to benefit from an incredible view of Paris. A panoramic bar is also available to have a break and to admire this spectacle. Unforgettable will also be your passage on the last stage to the roof terrace of the Tower: a spectacle that will undoubtedly excite you.
  • Saint Germain des Prés (10 minutes ): Saint Germain des Prés became a fashion district after the Second World War. It represents the center of the intellectual and artistic life of Paris. Since the 19th century, artists, such as Delacroix or Manet or writers, such as Balzac and Racine, settled there. During the 20th century, artistic and cultural life, the exchange of the new ideas and the birth of the existentialism developed in café’s which are now famous thanks to Jean-Paul Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir among others: Café de Flore, Les 2 Magots or La Brasserie Lipp. Picasso is also part of those who lived in this area.
